Merry Christmas to one and all

Hi there Carer Watcher – and fellow campaigners,

It would be nice to report that carers and people with disability/serious ill health had a great 2010 and we hope many of you did, despite everything the bankers and the departing Labour government and the new Coalition government threw at us.

Despite all this – or perhaps because of it – Carer Watch is stronger than ever with many more active members. And we have lots of friends across the political and campaigning spectrum who are fighting with us.

2010 saw the formation of BoB – the Broken of Britain – the new campaigning group for people with disability who hit the ground speeding.
Also, Disabled People Against Cuts , DPAC was formed by a group of disabled people after the 3rd October 2010 mass protests against cuts in Birmingham,

So whatever they throw at us in the New Year – we are ready for them.

So Happy Christmas and a Great New Year to Carer Watchers one and all.

Happy christmas to everyone, and lets hope we have a postive new year and a better one than we fear. Let’s keep on to our local MP’s and also the Lib-dem MP’s who are now leaking out left right and centre…………
