HCOMPASS@AOL.COM: I can confirm that the prevailing attack upon disabled life support systems is obviously a crime at domestic and international law levels. Where are the prosecutions and Judicial Reviews? The UK legal definition of corruption encompasses any bonuses paid to senior civil servants and/or ATOS employees/agents – where are the prosecutions. Here in wales we are organising resistance to oppose their every move. Slow them with appeals, find useful lawyers/barristers, class action? Amnesty International from France? Any death/suicide must lead to the prosecution of those responsible or even supporting such attacks upon us. First they came for the gypsies/cripples/jews ….. seem familiar?. Social compact is dead – wake up/time to fight!

The comment, about WCA while having some validity is not what this was posting was about, The post is a briefing aimed at getting Police and Crime Commisioners to act on disability hate crime.

I would describe much of the propaganda of the Department for Work & Pensions as incitement to hate crime, but it is not mentioned in the above blog piece. One impact of that DWP propaganda is that Atos Healthcare are able to get away with bla, bla, blah statements on TV documentaries about the failings of the Work Capability Assessment, rather than documentary programme interviewers doorstepping them in ‘Rogue Traders’ fashion.
Or is doorstepping only a tactic that is used in the interests of the home-owning majority of TV viewers?
Still, as in Israeli-occupied Palestine where white non-locals have accompanied Palestinian children to school in order to prevent them being spat upon, it is possible for friends to accompany disabled benefit claimants to ‘assessment’ appointments at Atos Healthcare premises. Would someone with a mobility problem entering an Atos Medical Examination Centre [sic] with a friend be told by the Disability Analyst, “Come on! I haven’t got all day, you know! I’ve got other claimants to see after you!”? No, I don’t think so either.
